Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Our default shipping provider is the United States Postal Service (USPS).  Shipping times can vary, especially around Holidays, and we cannot guarantee shipping times.  Generally speaking, regular shipping will be by First Class or Parcel Post services and can take approximately a week from the time we send it to the time you receive the package.

If you would like to request Express (1-2 days) shipping, please contact us directly (info@JustForMeEmbroidery.com) for information and pricing.  Additional charges will apply and must be paid prior to us sending the order.  We will use the most affordable service - either USPS or FedEx - for express service based on your delivery needs.

Order Creation/Production Time

Regardless of shipping, all orders take 2-3 weeks for completion.  Because of the nature of our unique items, very few items are produced ahead of time.  So please be sure to place your order well ahead of time of your delivery needs.

If you do have a special need, please contact us ahead of time, either by phone (336-269-5096) or by email (info@JustForMeEmbroidery.com) - and we can try to accommodate your request, or let you know a better, more detailed timeframe for when your order can be created.  Depending on the time of the year, we might be able to accommodate "rush" orders - but please call before ordering if you have a question about this.  We will strive to do what we can - or give you a realistic expectation.

Payment Methods

We do accept credit cards.  We have chosen to use PayPal.com exclusively for the processing of our credit card payments.  By processing through this well-established and long-trusted secure website, you can be assured that we never see any of your credit card data.  While you may have a personal PayPal account already when you shop with us, you don't have to.  PayPal does not require you to create an account to use the service.  This site also can process e-checks - you don't have to have a credit card.  And there's never an additional charge to you for using the site.  We pay all the credit processing fees.  It's fast.  It's free.  And best of all, it's secure!

However, if you wish not to use a credit card or e-check through PayPal.com, we still welcome your order.  You may pay by check or money order.  Just select that option when you check out and our payment address will be displayed to you.  Please understand, though, this method will add additional time to your order, so please plan accordingly.  Generally, your payment must be received and cleared by our deposit bank before we will start producing your order.  This may take up to 2 additional weeks.

Returns

Because of the nature of custom designed and stitched items, generally returns are not accepted.  However, if there is a problem, we definitely want to know and we will do what we can to make it right for you.  Depending on the nature of the problem, additional fees may be charged.  We will do what we reasonable can do to make the situation right.  We appreciate your understanding about our return policy.  Regardless, you must contact us PRIOR to returning an item.
